I currently live in Philadelphia with my absolute queen of a pup (Pierre), my perfect little monster cat (Max), and my incredible fiance. I'm proud to be a Black and Indigenous bisexual woman because learning more about my identity gives me strength. I'm a career coach and a social work student at Widener University. And now I'm truly thrilled to be an intern at YAMT.
I like ice cream in the winter. And pasta on a hot summer day. But nachos have my heart all year round. There's nothing better than a quiet day at home with a book that makes me cry. I live for a great board game to play with friends on the weekend. And when I'm in a bad mood, my go-to movie is Hercules.
I'm here because I love people. I love when we surprise ourselves and grow into our potential. And I love when we learn to believe in ourselves.
Thank you for sharing this space with me!

I am a queer survivor leader, holistic healing arts facilitator & trauma informed educator based in Philadelphia. In my healing arts practice, I offer trauma informed yoga & meditation, somatic practices, energy work, lifestyle coaching & community herbalism as modalities to find deeper presence in our bodies, minds & world. I am unendingly grateful to have been introduced to the practices of yoga & meditation as a young child, as they have been a source of profound nourishment & the foundation of my recovery.
Being able to train extensively in facilitating these ancient mind/body healing traditions is a massive privilege that I seek to share within our survivor community. I am also deeply committed to decolonization, community activism, spontaneous midday dance parties & restorative justice.

I’m a Warrior of adult domestic and sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse taking a direction to combat the exploitation of children, adults, and single mothers in the sex industry. Motivated to be better then who I was yesterday.
I enjoy life with my children and also my healthy adulthood. My education background in Paralegal studies, I enjoy learning. I sought help to seek a change in my life to become a greater role model for my children and to now be safe place for others.
The healing and truly connecting to a higher source of power, I found a calling to impact the lives of others in the industry. I have decided a good starting point would be to help young minority women who have been sexually exploited through domestic sex trafficking.
