Melinda is a subject matter expert who uses her own pain and struggle to help those who are struggling to find their own voice. She doesn't speak for others, but rather lends her voice to those who haven't found theirs yet.Melinda is a strong proponent for self care as she has learned in her own life how vital self care is to everyone but especially to those who have experienced complex trauma and borderline personality disorder symptoms.
